HB 277 -- Theft of Anhydrous Ammonia

Co-Sponsors:  Myers, Black, King, Luetkemeyer, Legan

This bill increases the penalty for theft of anhydrous ammonia
from a class D to a class C felony.  It also establishes the
crimes of theft of anhydrous ammonia by appropriation of certain
listed tank containers (a class A felony) and possession of
anhydrous ammonia in a nonapproved container (a class D felony).

The bill has a penalty provision.
