HB 329 -- Eligibility for Medical Assistance Co-Sponsors: Hollingsworth, Gambaro, Davis, Campbell, Holand, Reinhart, Marble This bill revises Section 208.151, RSMo, concerning the eligibility to receive medical assistance by requiring that every aged, blind, or disabled person with an annual income up to 100% of the federal poverty level is eligible to receive assistance. The Department of Social Services is required to apply to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for a modification of any existing waiver or for any new waivers which are necessary to implement this requirement. Upon receipt of the waiver, the department is required to provide medical assistance to these eligible persons.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
