HB 364 -- Income Tax:  Dependency Exemption for Foster Children

This bill exempts foster children who have lived in the
taxpayer's home for at least 10 months from the federal support
threshold level used by Missouri for determining applicability
of the dependency exemption for state income tax purposes.
