HB 373 -- Theft of Motor Fuel

Co-Sponsors:  Crump, Kennedy

This bill requires that persons convicted of stealing for
driving off without paying for motor fuel, in addition to any
other criminal penalties imposed, have their drivers' licenses
suspended for 6 months for a first violation, with a one year
suspension for subsequent violations.
