HB 40 -- Federal Income Tax Return

This bill prohibits the Department of Revenue from requiring a
taxpayer to make or file a federal income tax return to qualify
for the senior citizens/disabled persons property tax credit,
commonly known as "circuit breaker," or the pharmaceutical tax
credit if the taxpayer is not required to file a federal income
tax return.
