HB 413 -- Denial of Unemployment Benefits

Under this bill, if a claimant for unemployment benefits
withdraws or previously withdraws his or her name from a list of
available substitute teachers for a school district, the
Director of the Division of Employment Security is required to
find that the claimant has left work voluntarily and is subject
to being disqualified for waiting week credit or benefits and
unemployment benefits.
