HB 418 -- Foster Care Reimbursement

Co-Sponsors:  Dougherty, Fraser

This bill incrementally increases the reimbursement rate for the
cost of foster care and the subsidy rate of adoption allotments
over a three-year period until the reimbursement rate equals or
exceeds the foster care rates and the subsidy rate equals or
exceeds the adoption rates established by the United States
Department of Agriculture, beginning in Fiscal Year 2003.
