HB 439 -- Prosecuting Attorneys

Co-Sponsors:  Hegeman, Farnen, Crump, Barnett

This bill requires the Department of Corrections to reimburse
counties for additional expenses necessary for compensation of
prosecutors in counties where certain correctional facilities
are located.
