HB 43 -- Leaving a Child Unattended in a Motor Vehicle

This bill creates the crime of leaving a child unattended in a
motor vehicle in the third degree.  The crime is committed when
a person knowingly leaves a child 10 years of age or younger
unattended in a motor vehicle.  It is a class C misdemeanor.
