HB 441 -- Veterans' Recognition

This bill requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary
Education, with the cooperation of the Missouri Veterans
Commission, to develop a program to award honorary high school
diplomas to all honorably discharged World War I, World War II,
and Korean War veterans who did not complete their education
after the war.  The department and commission must jointly
develop the program, to be known as Operation Recognition.
