HB 448 -- Property Tax:  Reassessment Cycle

Sponsor:  Luetkenhaus

This bill increases the reassessment cycle for determining
assessed valuation of real property for purposes of real
property taxation from 2 years to 4 years.

The bill will become effective January 1, 2002.
