HB 570 -- Apprenticeship Training Unemployment Benefits

This bill provides that persons employed and enrolled in an
apprenticeship program certified by the U. S. Department of
Labor who are required to participate in full-time, off-the-job
unpaid training will be eligible for unemployment benefits
during the training period, without a one-week waiting period.
