HB 605 -- Identification Cards

Co-Sponsors:  McKenna, Wagner, Abel, Myers, O'Toole

This bill changes the age requirement for a nondriver's license
card from under the age of 65 to between the ages of 15 to 65.

The bill also establishes a nondriver's identification card for
children between the ages of 2 and 15.  The fee for this card
will be $2.50 per year.  The Department of Revenue may issue the
card to children under the age of 2 for a good cause shown.
Cards issued to persons under 15 years of age will expire the
month of the person's birthday.
