HB 623 -- Transportation Bonding

Current law authorizes the Highways and Transportation
Commission to issue bonds in an amount not to exceed $2 million
from Fiscal Year 2001 to Fiscal Year 2006.

This bill requires the underwriting of all remaining bonds to be
first solicited from companies incorporated and having a
principal office located in Missouri.
