HB 636 -- Military Scholarships

This bill expands the current Missouri National Guard
scholarship program to encompass nonofficer enlisted members of
the reserve forces of the United States Army, Air Force, Navy,
Marines, Coast Guard, and Public Health Service.  The bill adds
a proviso that the members must have used all federal grant
moneys available for the purpose and that they must be citizens
of the state while seeking or receiving the scholarship.
