HB 701 -- Water Pollution Control Permits

Co-Sponsors:  Berkowitz, Wiggins, Ransdall, Davis, Shoemyer,
Luetkemeyer, Barry

Under current law, only applicants for water pollution control
permits can appeal decisions of the Department of Natural
Resources to the Clean Water Commission.  This bill extends
appeal rights to other affected parties with specific legal
interest in a permit.
