HB 710 -- Political Mailings

Co-Sponsors:  Lowe, Campbell, Cierpiot, Hickey, Mays (50),

This bill requires all items mailed to Missouri addresses that
support, oppose, or provide information about candidates or
ballot issues to disclose either the telephone number or the
address of the principal place of business of the mailer.
Violations are class A misdemeanors.
