HB 711 -- Appropriations for the Department of Revenue

Current law requires the Department of Revenue to reimburse
court costs and attorney's fees for appeals which result in
reversal of suspension or revocation of driver's licenses.  This
bill makes this reimbursement subject to annual appropriation by
the General Assembly.
