HB 721 -- Vehicle Emissions Testing

Co-Sponsors:  Walton, Villa, Hilgemann, Coleman

Under current law, residents of Franklin County who choose
biennial vehicle registration may elect to have either a
biennial I/M-240 or an annual BAR-97 vehicle emissions test.
This bill provides that option to anyone who presents a signed
affidavit stating their intent to establish residence outside
the state within one year.
