HB 727 -- Public Water Districts

Sponsor:  Hoppe

This bill prohibits property owners who have property within the
boundaries of a public water supply district, but receive
treated water from a water wholesaler other than the district,
from voting on any matter related to the district which affects
the person's property or from holding an elected position on the
board of directors of the district.
