HB 72 -- Pharmaceutical Tax Credit

This bill expands the individual income tax credit for
pharmaceutical costs from a maximum of $200 per year to $500 per
year and requires the taxpayer to provide proof of
pharmaceutical expenditures.  Under current law, the taxpayer is
not required to submit records of pharmaceutical purchases.
