HB 743 -- Railroad Crossings

This bill prohibits railroad, street railroad, or light rail
from blocking any rail crossing from through traffic for more
than 10 minutes, with certain exceptions.  The Division of Motor
Carrier and Railroad Safety will have enforcement of violations.
