HB 758 -- Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund

This bill allows individuals who may have made an erroneous
surcharge payment to the Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund
to file a refund claim with the fund's board of trustees.
Claims must be filed within 3 years of making the payment.
Individuals aggrieved by the board's decision may seek judicial
review through the circuit court of Cole County no later than 60
days after the decision.
