HB 828 -- Special License Plate

This bill allows for a special license plate for the Animal
Friendly License Plate Association.  To obtain the plate, a
person must get an emblem-use authorization statement (for a $25
contribution) from the Animal Friendly License Plate Association
and present the statement along with a $15 fee in addition to
the regular registration fee and other documents required by
law.  The plate will bear the emblem of the Animal Friendly
License Plate Association.
