HB 850 -- Sale of Certain Consumer Credit Information

This bill prohibits the sale of information that includes both
the name and credit card number of any consumer, unless the
consumer has expressly agreed to the sale of this information.

Violation of this prohibition is an unlawful merchandising
practice under current law, a class D felony.
