HB 857 -- Driver's License

This bill makes it clear that all categories of driver's
licenses are issued for 6 years, except those for persons
between the ages of 18 and 21 or 70 and older which will be for
3 years.  Persons who hold a commercial driver's license must
apply for a duplicate license when their name is changed and
must notify the Director of the Department of Revenue of any
address change.  However, an address change will not require
filing for a duplicated license.
