HB 860 -- Compulsory Age for School Attendance

This bill permits school boards in any district to vote to raise
the mandatory attendance age from 16 to 17.  Parents and
guardians of children between 16 and 17 will not be subject to
penalties for nonenrollment or nonattendance.
