HB 862 -- Court Transcripts

Co-Sponsors:  Clayton, Richardson

This bill increases the amount court reporters receive for court
transcripts from $1.50 to $3.25 per page for the original and
from 35 cents to 75 cents per page for additional copies.  The
bill also increases the amount charged as court costs in cases
where a court reporter is required from $15 to $25.
