HB 869 -- State Funding for Certain Hearing-Impaired Students

Co-Sponsors:  Merideth, Richardson, Crowell, Mayer, Myers

This bill permits the Department of Elementary and Secondary
Education to reimburse school districts when students who
qualify for enrollment at the Missouri School for the Deaf
attend district schools.  Districts may bill for excess costs
not met by local, state, or federal sources, subject to
appropriation.
