HB 92 -- Increases in State School Aid

This bill ensures that, beginning with the 2001-2002 school
year, in any year in which the entitlement portion of the school
funding formula is fully funded, every school district will
receive an increase in its state aid per pupil no less than the
percentage increase in the guaranteed tax base.  In a year of
less than full funding, no district will get less than its
previous year's funding per pupil.
