HJR 6 -- Forfeiture Proceeds

Sponsor:  Hosmer

This proposed constitutional amendment requires penal law
forfeitures to be remitted to the State Treasurer, who would
give 50% of the amount to the State School Moneys Fund and 50%
to a newly-created State Forfeitures Fund.
