HJR 8 -- Legislative Term Limits

Co-Sponsors:  Walton, Johnson (61), Curls, Wilson (42)

This proposed constitutional amendment limits legislator terms
of service to 8 consecutive years, rather than 8 years total.
In addition, partial terms (resulting from a special election)
would not count toward the limit when the legislator serves less
than half of the term.
