HB 779 -- CONVEYANCE IN NODAWAY COUNTY (Barnett)

This bill authorizes the Board of Regents of Northwest Missouri
State University to enter into a lease agreement with the
Missouri National Guard and the City of Maryville for a period
of 50 years for the purpose of allowing the National Guard and
the city to build an armory and civic center.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.
