HB 163 -- HIGHWAY PATROL REVOLVING FUND

Currently, the Highway Patrol's Motor Vehicle and Aircraft
Revolving Fund can receive money from government agencies for
the purchase of Highway Patrol motor vehicles.  This bill allows
the Revolving Fund to receive money from any source for the
purchase of Highway Patrol motor vehicles, reimbursement of
costs for official use of Highway Patrol vehicles, and
restitution for damages or losses to Highway Patrol vehicles or
aircraft.
