HB 590 -- SMALL BUSINESS TAX CREDITS

This bill changes the administration of tax credits for small
businesses for amounts paid or incurred to comply with the
Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.  Under current law, the
tax credits are administered exclusively by the Department of
Revenue.  The bill requires the departments of Economic
Development and Revenue to jointly administer the tax credits.
