SCS HB 606 -- RECORDERS OF DEEDS

This bill sets a standard format for documents which are
recorded by county recorders of deeds.  The new standard format
also applies to the Recorder of Deeds for the City of St.
Louis.  The bill allows an additional filing fee of $25 for
items that do not meet the standard format requirements.
