AN ACT
To repeal sections 644.572, 644.574 and 644.576, RSMo 2000, relating to water pollution bonds, and to enact in lieu thereof three new sections relating to the same subject.
Section A. Sections 644.572, 644.574 and 644.576, RSMo 2000, are repealed and three new sections enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as sections 644.572, 644.574 and 644.576, to read as follows:
644.572. In addition to those sums authorized prior to August 28, [2000] 2001, the board of fund commissioners of the state of Missouri, as authorized by section 37(e) of article III of the Constitution of the state of Missouri, may borrow on the credit of this state the sum of [ten million] seventeen million five hundred thousand dollars in the manner described, and for the purposes set out, in chapter 640, RSMo, and this chapter.
644.574. In addition to those sums authorized prior to August 28, [2000] 2001, the board of fund commissioners of the state of Missouri, as authorized by section 37(g) of article III of the Constitution of the state of Missouri, may borrow on the credit of this state the sum of [twenty] ten million dollars in the manner described, and for the purposes set out, in chapter 640, RSMo, and in this chapter.
644.576. In addition to those sums authorized prior to August 28, [2000] 2001, the board of fund commissioners of the
state of Missouri, as authorized by section 37(h) of article III of the Constitution of the state of Missouri, may borrow on
the credit of this state the sum of [forty] twenty million dollars in the manner described, and for the purposes set out, in
chapter 640, RSMo, and in this chapter.
