AN ACT

To amend chapter 21, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to funding for health care and education.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 21, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 21.800, to read as follows:

21.800. Any funds received by the state as a result of any legal settlement or award shall be subject to appropriation by the general assembly for programs related to health care and education.
