HCS HJR 51 -- FISHING AND HUNTING SPONSOR: O'Toole (Whorton) COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass" by the Committee on Miscellaneous Bills and Resolutions by a vote of 7 to 0. This proposed constitutional amendment preserves the right to hunt, fish, and harvest game in accordance with the constitutional powers of the Conservation Commission and subject to reasonable restrictions prescribed by the General Assembly. FISCAL NOTE: Estimated Net Cost to General Revenue Fund of $34,710 in FY 2003, $0 in FY 2004, and $0 in FY 2005.
