HB 1063 -- School Board Candidate Qualifications

This bill revises the residency requirements for candidates in
districts with seven-member school boards.  Currently, candidates
must have resided in Missouri for a year before the election; the
bill changes the requirement from residency in the state to
residency in the district and adds the requirement that a
candidate must be a registered voter.
