HB 1079 -- Missouri Senior Rx Program

This bill expands the eligibility requirements of the Missouri
Senior Rx Program for Missouri seniors with catastrophic drug
costs.

Any Missouri senior may enroll in the program after expending 25%
or more of his or her annual household income on prescription
drug costs as a deductible.  A senior may qualify for
participation during a program year in which his or her household
income minus the amount expended on prescription drug costs is
equal to or less than the income limit required to qualify for
participation in the program.
