HB 1138 -- Public Utilities

This bill requires anyone who acquires a legal or equitable
interest of at least 5% ownership in both a public utility
regulated by the Public Service Commission and an entity that
supplies more than $1 million in products per year to the same
public utility to notify the commission within 30 days of
acquiring the double interest.  Failure to report is a class A
misdemeanor.
