HB 1159 -- Special License Plate

This bill allows for a special license plate for members of the
Delta Sigma Theta or Omega Psi Phi Greek organizations.

To obtain the special plate, individuals must obtain an emblem-
use authorization statement from the respective organization for
a $25 fee and present it to the Department of Revenue along with
a payment of a $15 fee in addition to the registration fee and
any other documents required by law.
