HB 1163 -- Reinstatement of Driver's License

This bill requires that when a driver's license has been
suspended due to nonpayment of fines and costs for a moving
violation, upon proof of disposition of all charges and costs,
the Director of the Department of Revenue will return the license
and remove the suspension from the individual's driving record
for any individual possessing a noncommercial driver's license.
If an individual possesses a commercial driver's license, the
director will reinstate the license.
