HB 1181 -- State Lottery

Sponsor:  Gaskill

This bill prohibits advertising of the state lottery on
television, radio, or in newspapers.  All other lottery
advertising should clearly indicate information on the prize
structure, the price, the location for purchasing tickets, and
payout ratios.  No state lottery advertising should be designed
to induce persons to participate in the state lottery.
