HB 1283 -- Public Records

Sponsor:  Gaskill

This bill makes any scientific documentation, statistics,
reports, or research used in the promulgation of regulations or
statutes a public record.  The bill also requires any regulation
promulgated on the basis of such studies to be justified by
pertinent, ascertainable, and peer-reviewed science.
