HB 1317 -- Negligence

Co-Sponsors:  Hanaway, Hosmer

This bill requires any plaintiff seeking damages for the
negligence of a licensed architect, engineer, or land surveyor to
secure an affidavit from a similarly licensed professional
stating that the defendant failed to use reasonable care in
providing the service and that this failure caused or contributed
to the damages claimed.
