HB 1322 -- State Aid for Limited English Proficiency Students

Co-Sponsors:  Bartelsmeyer, Secrest, Gaskill, Williams,
Cunningham

This bill creates a new category of state aid for students with
limited English proficiency.  A payment of $700 per such pupil
will be made to the district of enrollment, subject to
appropriation.  The payments may be prorated if the appropriation
provides less than full funding.
