HB 1339 -- Insecticide or Herbicide Application

This bill requires a notice to be posted 48 hours prior to and 48
hours after application of any insecticide or herbicide in or
around a public building.  Whenever possible, insecticide or
herbicide application in public buildings should not be conducted
during normal business hours.
