HB 1378 -- Chiropractic

This bill modifies the definition of the practice of
chiropractic.  The practice of chiropractic focuses on the
relationship between the structures of the body and subluxations,
primarily spinal subluxations, and how that relationship affects
the preservation and restoration of health.

The bill further allows chiropractors to prescribe medications
which are not considered as controlled, legend, or restricted
behind-the-counter drugs which require a pharmacist to be filled.
